Bloom Bakers: Germanic Treats: Jam Sandwich & Vanilla Biscuits

I was really excited to win a packet each of Jam Sandwich Biscuits (£5.50 - 200g)* and Vanilla Biscuits (£5.50 - 200g)* this week on Twitter via a Giveaway by Bloom Bakers.

Set up in 2016 by work colleagues, Lisa and Saskia who found out they shared a love of baking after a conversation about Lisa's sourdough starter!

They create a range of Germanic treats - biscuits and apple pies from the Netherlands and Germany. Lisa is German and Saskia is Dutch and they both live and work in Leeds with their families.  You can read more about them HERE.

Onto the goodies! The box came wrapped in brown paper (I love brown paper!)

YUM! My favourites are the delicious vanilla biscuits with a slight crunch and delicious vanilla flavour.
